Last week, the Conference on Circular Economy and Sustainable Mobility was held in Madrid, organised by Executive Forum España and the Madrid City Council, held at the office headquarters of Herbert Smith Freehills.
In addition to the participation of CONTENUR, the Ministry of Public Works, FCC Medio Ambiente, Abertis, Uber and EMT also participated.
Jesús Ajuria, CONTENUR’s Regional Director for Southern Europe, opened the conference by discussing environmental and circular economy commitments. “We have been recycling since 2012. This means that what used to be waste has now become a resource,” said Ajuria.
CONTENUR is updating its strategy to make it more sustainable, seeking a development that meets today’s needs without compromising the capacity of future generations.
The company wants to continue leading the transformation of its market by offering a sustainable product, with the least possible environmental impact and that can guarantee its customers 100% recyclability at the end of its useful life.
