The municipality of Balneário Camboriú, a coastal city in the state of Santa Catarina in southern Brazil, has strengthened its commitment to more efficient and sustainable waste management with the installation of twelve new underground containers from the CONTENUR brand, adding to those already in operation in the city.

CONTENUR has introduced NURia, its new intelligent chatbot based on generative artificial intelligence technology. It is integrated with the OpenAI API and uses document vectorisation, allowing it to deliver precise, contextual and natural responses.

The Association of Municipalities of the Western Costa del Sol is taking part in the “CIRCLE®: Second Life for Containers” initiative, promoted by CONTENUR. The objective of the programme is to manufacture new containers using recycled material obtained from units withdrawn due to deterioration.
