Melilla sets a new standard in urban waste containerisation
The Autonomous City of Melilla has taken a significant step forward in modernising its waste management services with the implementation of a new integrated urban waste containerisation system based on a full-service leasing model, including maintenance. The project involved the installation of 1,250 360IGLOO bilateral crane-lift containers for the separate collection of all waste fractions across the city.
La Ciudad Autónoma de Melilla ha dado un paso adelante en la modernización de la gestión de residuos con la implantación de un nuevo sistema integral de contenerización basado en un modelo de renting con mantenimiento incluido. El proyecto ha supuesto la instalación de 1.250 contenedores de carga vertical bilateral IGLÚ360 para la recogida de todas las fracciones en todas las áreas de la ciudad.
