The quality policy is based on the following principles:

CONTENUR considers quality and respect for the environment to be strategic pillars that guide the development of all its activities and processes.

This commitment is reflected in the implementation and maintenance of an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System, aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, aimed at ensuring continuous improvement, operational efficiency and environmental protection. This system holds the ER-0634/2014 and GA-2014/0276 certifications.

The scope of this system covers all the company's manufacturing activities at its facilities in Getafe (Spain), Mielec (Poland) and Knowsley (United Kingdom), as well as most of its service centres in Spain, comprising 12 regional branches. Through this management model, CONTENUR ensures compliance with legal, regulatory and other applicable quality and environmental commitments, while also promoting the prevention of environmental impacts, risk reduction and the creation of sustainable value for customers and stakeholders.

Furthermore, the company's environmental commitment is strengthened through the achievement and maintenance of additional certifications and recognitions, including ISO 14006 for eco-design, ISO 50001 for energy management, Carbon Footprint verification and the incorporation of circular economy principles, thereby consolidating a responsible and sustainable development model.

CONTENUR's facilities also include testing areas approved by leading European laboratories, where tests are carried out in accordance with UNE-EN 840, UNE-EN 12574, UNE-EN 13071 and RAL-GZ 951/1 standards, as well as tests based on the company's internal protocols.
